What corner cracks suggest
They often follow the geometry of the building rather than a structural failure, which is exactly why the pattern is read alongside the width.
What raises concern
Width beyond the category, displacement across the crack, continuation through the structure, or evidence it is still moving.
What one visit cannot say
Whether it is progressing. That takes monitoring across a wet and a dry season.
